Return & Refund Policy

Because most of my products are custom-made, printed, or created specifically for your order, all sales are final once work has been completed, unless the mistake was made by me.

Mockup Approval

For custom orders, a mockup/proof will be sent for your approval before printing. Once you approve the mockup, you are confirming that the design, spelling, colors, layout, sizing, and other details are correct.

I am not responsible for errors that were shown on and approved in the final mockup.

Printing or Production Errors

If you believe there was an error made during printing or production, please contact me and send clear photos of the item you received.

Photos are required so I can compare the finished product to the approved mockup and, when applicable, the original printer's photo of the UV DTF or DTF print to determine what happened.

If the error was made by me, I will work with you to correct the issue through a replacement, reprint, or refund when appropriate.

Quality Inspection

I personally inspect every order before it is shipped. I also take photos of completed orders before they leave my shop for quality-control purposes.

SlothHouse Designs is a small, one-person U.S.-based business, and every order is personally created, handled, and inspected by me.

No Refunds for Completed Custom Work

Refunds will not be issued for completed work because of:

• Changing your mind after approval

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Spelling, design, sizing, or layout that appeared on an approved mockup

• Personal preference after the item has already been created or printed
