Processing Time

Most items from SlothHouse Designs are made, printed, or prepared by me. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order size, and whether the order is custom.

Estimated processing or turnaround times will be provided on the product listing or discussed with you before your order is completed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, and type of order.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or be responsible for carrier delays.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I will provide any information or documentation I have to help with a carrier claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned to me because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The shipping packaging

• The shipping label

We'll need these photos to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Otherwise, no proof, no refunds. 

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available on select orders. If pickup is offered, the available pickup information will be provided at checkout or arranged with you directly.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
